Again my Problem(SL2048FC+SL512BC)

Hi,I have a SL2048FC and a SL512BC.
My problem is that I can´t control my ligths from the SL512BC.(Sunlite suite show me SL512BC in red leters)
I have updated the firmware of the interfaces,also I have installed new drivers(1.4)but SL512BC does not work properly(the red ligth flashes slow)
What can I do?Somebody can help me?

If the interface is recognized, then you might have to change the DMX driver (8-pin component) that drives the DMX signal. See the hardware user manual for more details www.nicolaudie.com/hardware.php
