MIDI control surface BCF2000

Post by djtommye »

I have the Behringer BCF2000. It's connected properly with the PC (MIDI-OX shows activity), but I don't know how to use it with Sunlite. I have MIDI enabled - now what??

Thanks!

djtommye,

I hate to be the one to tell you RTFM

Check if MIDI input is enabled in the Starting Parameters menu.
Also there you have a 'MIDI test' button so you can monitor MIDI is received by SL.

Follow the procedure explained in the SL manual for assigning functions of SL
to faders/encoders/buttons of the BCF.
Its really simple, easy and straight forward. I use it all the time.

Configuring the BCF takes some concentration at first as its manual is not too friendly…
But once you get the principle it's also very easy.

Have fun,

:)
