Problem With interface

Hi sorry for my english
I Have a problem whit the usb dmx interface.. The software not see the interface i've already intstall the driver and cpu see the interface.. only software not see him... What i'have to do??
Software is sunlite suite 2006 and magic 3d easy view.. the interface is sunlite intelligent dmx interface Model SL2048EC SUIDI 5A serial number 293739114
I ve already intall for many time driver ena software but the problem is the same.. the green led on the interface not on and software not see the interface... cpu is compatibile whit usb 2

What are the led states?

- green
- yellow
- red

led is yellow and red

green ist the connektion form Modul to USB. This must by a Problem from the Moduldriver.
