flat keyboard doesn't trigger

Hello,
I have here an nice "old" devlin flat keyboard with 175 keys that can be labeled.
I can add the keystroke in the settings of the button and they are displayed in the button.
But when I push the button of the keyboard the switch /scene is not activated.
What can be wrong ? A normal keyboard works perfectly !
The devlin works with notepad and sunlite see the trigger when you go to setrings- trigger ! I you want i can send you a page !

What do you mean by Sunlite see the trigger? To check it, select a button, press and hold the "Ctrl" key of your computer keyboard and then press a key on your special keyboard. If Sunlite can read it, it will be assigned to the selected button.

Yes, I know the procedure, and it works well with a normal keyboard !
I cannot use the ctrl button, because i havn't a ctrl button.
But I have entered in setting "trigger key" and you can see the key in the button displayed, but when I push the key it doesn't react.
So it seems a hardware / software conflict....
Very strange: learn works...., activate not....

Sorry, no idea at all. We cannot do anything without the keyboard.
