Cycle step delete crashes

I have created a cycle on a master page using a switch for the first step which plays an MP3 and then add scenes to change lights in real time during the playback.
This works fine but I have two problems.

1. If I delete a step Sunlight Suite crashes most of the time.
2. How can I manually insert steps in the cycle, cant find it in the manual.

I fixed the crash, it will be in the next release.
To insert an item in a cycle just put the cycle in rec mode and click the scene or switch you want to insert.
