freezes

hello i have the new interface sl2048ec.
but when the moving heads are moving i get still freezes.
the moving head is 1 second still and than he go,s his moves.
when i'm a older sunlite interface do its going fine.

who can help me

We probably found the problem yesterday. Please download this file http://www.dmxsoft.com/global/beta/Sl2006.zip and update your software with it. Then, let us know if the problem is solved.

It happens only with some computers and it is not fixed in the beta version.

Can you check if the 2nd DMX output is enabled on your interface ? You can check it from the "Starting parameters" window, "Ouptut" tab.

Try do disable the 2dn output from the "Starting parameters" window (output tab).

I have tried everything suggested and much more and still get this problem too.

I tried 6 computers running different windows versions.

At first I thought I was the only user having these problems but it seems that nearly everyone does.

This needs to be sorted out very soon PLEASE.

Otherwise I will be sending it back and buying Martin Light Jockey

I dont want to do this but the software is not usable like it is. !

If I can do any NEW tests I will be happy to try them.

Be sure that the date in the splash screen is 21-feb-2007
