Problem with suite2-FC

Hello
I bought the new dongle suit2-FC.
I have problem to run my shows. I have upgraded to the latest software and Sunlite Set to run through Suite2-FC. The whole operation around. 20 minutes - then I have no control over the light more. I have to restart sunlite and everything is progressing normally again. But the problems come back. What should I do ...?
Should I upgrade my firmware. Where can I find if the latest version ..?

What is your operating system? What is the state of the interface LED when there is no DMX signal? What is the state of the 3-digit display?

My operating system is Vista 32bit.
Dongle state of the 3-digit display is -PC.
Have not seen for the DMX is being sent out - when the problem occurs.

Perhaps there is a software error in one of my lamps - who subsequently make mistakes in the rest of the system. I will try to rearrange the lights on my next show.
But - maybe you already have solutions for me ..?
If not then I shall come back with questions next week and must complete answer to your question ..!

Hi again

I could not wait to check my light :-)
I ran sunlite a part of my lighting set-up and the error came again ...!

I do the following: I connect my dongle to a PC. The status of the 3-digit display says A01 and DMX LED blinks fast. DXM cable connects to my light.
I start Sunlite and my dongle display status - PC
The red LED blinks DMX - fast and everything works perfect.

After about 20 / 30 minutes to the error and I have no control over the light.
Status of my dongle is so. Led light on DMX flashes slowly.

If I must have everything to function again, I must disconnect the power from my dongle and restart the Sunlite and everything works normally again.
I think the driver is the problem ...?
For the record, do I use the latest Sunlite from the download section - 30 May.

Has been seen to the problem of firmware, hardware or driver on FC2.
I know of say in working to resolve this error, but I have a dongle is useless ......!

I have to rent lighting controls every week end, to my concert ....! I have no other options. It costs me some money and am very disappointed to have a product that does not work ....!

Can not understand Sunlite send the product on the market when it did not work properly.
I understand the less errors when I add new products to market. But the error is so serious that FC2 can not be used for live use. It's just not okay.

It does not happen with every computer, this is why we did not find the problem before. We are doing our best and for the moment it is not solved. We can offer the loan of a SL2048FC until the problem is fixed. This is the best I can do for now.

I have tested my dongle FC2 on 4 different computer.
With XP and Vista - but the same error occurs on every computer.
None of the computer is 64 bit only 32 bits.

Since my lights are virtually useless the way things are now I would like to take you up on your offer and borrow a SL2048FC until the problem with my dongle is fixed. I will of course return it as soon as my own is working. Would you please send a SL2048FC a.s.a.p. to:
