SLESA 1IP not working

Please help

I have purchased two new SLESA-1 IP's. S/N D3609188 and D3609189. I am using Easy stand alone Sept 30 2005. I have an old SLESA-1 IP S/N D3608734 which works fine. I load the same simple program into the new SLESA's plug into the same network and no output to the the LED's. Everything seems to work ok except the splitter shows that no DMX 512 is being transmitted. However all LED indicators on SLESA's are ok. I have tried taking the splitter out but still no luck. There is now only 1 driver attached to the network.

Any ideas?? Could this be a firmware issue??
