interface name field to long

Hello,
during my tests with the ip-network interface, i found a little problem. If someone try to configure the interface an try to set the interfacename to more then 9 characters, it would be not set correctly. It would be nice when there is an limitation in the editbox, so that noone can insert more then 9 characters.
Could you fix that bug and when yes an information where to get the new dll would be great!
