Unable to select Scenes via external buttons

Hello,
I'am unable to select scene's via the external buttons.
I have 6 scene's loaded, the unit works, and i can select them by the +/- buttons
but not by the port connections. There is a 3,3V level on these pins.

Any suggestions ?

Did you correctly setup the port trigger for your scenes? This must be done from the software.
