sunlite suite doesn't detects Suidi 5c

Setting : PC: Intel1GHZ / 1GB Ram / USB2 || Interface: SUIDI 5C SL1048EC
The drivers are installed and i have tried sunlite suite 2006 and sunlite suite 2004 but the Software doesn't recognize die Interface. The yellow power-led is on - the red dmx-led ist blinking fast but the green one is off. Any idea what i did wrong?

what operating system are you using. 32 or 64 bit?
