Hİ there we are using sunlite 2004 our edit buton scene switch and sycle buton inactive since months thats why we cant create any new program to our stage how can i fix this problem we had this problem 2 times for first time we reinstall the program and its fixed but now it happened againn please help
For some reason you have the protections changed.
Go to "Controller" "Starting Parametes" Under Protections you should have the "Protection when you enter the correct password" on "Expert".
This way you will be able to edit.
i tryed it but it dosent help still this buttons are inactive i mean i cant push that buttons theyre not able they are locked really strange please helppp
Try to install a new software and make a backup of your pages and put them in the new software.
Make sure you do not have a password.
I was almost sure the problem was in the Protections, take a look again, you should be on Expert.
