"Une opération non prise en charge a été tentée"

I get this warning window everytime I start SL2002. I click OK and sunlite runs, but when I click on "start the audio analysis" icon, it does nothing. Also, when I open any button's settings and click the "sound to light" card, Sunlite crashes. I can not either run the "sltools", it displays the same error message "Une opération non prise en charge a été tentée", but when I click OK, nothing starts.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program, but it does not help.
Does anybody know, what could be this problem caused by?

Are you using the latest version of Sunlite 2002 ? Please check on the download page of our website.
Then, try to install the software in a different folder.
