Hi

I can't get our Fazer X310 working on Sunlight 04.
It's not a hardware problem, because I got 2 of these machines and they both have the same problem.
DMX signal works fine on a Lightprocessor Q12 controller, but on the SL04 I can't control the hazer.

Does anyone has experience with this?

Hi there!

I also have an X-310 with the X20II DMX interface, but I have got it working OK with Sunlite 2004.

It uses two channels, but they are the reverse of what the manual says.

The first channel controls the fan speed, the second channel controls the haze volume.

If you like, I can send you the simple "fixture" definition file I created. Should I use the e-mail address on your website?

The problem is not the configuration of the fixture in SL04 but the fixture itselfs...
We can controle it via another controller (Lightprocessor), but not via SL or an ADB controller...

If you do't mind you may always send me your fixture via e-mail.
