easy 3d freezes

Hi,

I use the combination magic / easy 3d view (december 2004 release) with the intelligent dmx interface on the following hardware:

- P III, 1000 Mhz
- 512 MB Ram
- Nvidia G-Force FX 5700 (256MB) Graphic card
- Windows XP Pro, English
- DAS-OCX installed
- DirectX 9c installed

The problem is hat I'm nearly unable to work with the software because while starting "3D" from magic it freezes my whole PC or it hungs. Once started (after x tries an minutes of waiting before the "please wait" splash screen) it is really slow, to view a change on my console on the screen I have to wait up to a minute!

What could be the problem? I think that it could not be my hardware, the graphic card has even power enough to play newer games...

Hi,

I have the same Graphic Card and it works very well...
If you are using 2 screens, make sure you put the 3d on the primary one.
Try to download free update on the web site and inform us if your problems persist.

I never try to use the 3d with the DirectX 9c version (it has been developped with the 9b) so I will check the compability.
