xp not responding

my name is yarin and i am a technical suppot in israel

i have a problem with one of my user's p.c?

1)he have a win xp and one of the pages thet he is working with crush the

sunlite 2004

2)when he try to rename it crush the sunlite.

and the list go on.

is win xp not good to work with sunlite?
cos with the win 98 it is great .
