Using faders for speed

When you create a new scene, you can add a fader for controlling the speed.. But it doesn't seems to work?

For example: I got 4 par64, and i just want to make a loop. I use the chaser en set speed to manual. But i can't adjust the speed with the fader on the scene button.

What am i doing wrong?

From the editor screen, when your chaser is ready. Click on the "POWER" button to switch the rack off. That will create an EasyTime sequence and allows you to use the SPEED fader on it.
