Please can you make sure the device is updated to the latest version of the firmware? For this device the firmware needs to be updated within the Easy Stand Alone software.

Check that and let us know if you're still having problems.

If your computer cannot format the SD card are you able to try and format it on another computer? Also make sure the 'read only' switch is not accidentally set on on your SD card.

We have tested Sunlight Suite 2 with Windows 10 and it is compatible.

Please can you check you have the latest version of the program installed?

Try and install the latest Beta below and see if that helps.

Gaël is right, the software should work on 32 & 64 bit operating systems.

Hi Pete, When I go into work I will reinstall the firmware and then reboot the hardware. Is it OK to read the old original configuration from the SIUDI or should I start from a clean config and regenerate the scenes from scratch and rewrite them? Not necessary to restart from scratch at this point b...
