Re: midi button activation
Hi Steen, To help try and find the problem I need to understand what messages your controller is sending. If you could open: Software preferences : MIDI setup / click the Midi setup tab then click 'Show MIDI data'. Then press ONLY 1st button, 2nd button & 1st button again and take a screen shoot...

Re: Startup Squence on Stick DE3
I am running a Stick DE3 with various stored scenes that can be called up. What I would like to do is have a start up scene that always runs when the DE3 is turned on (not on power up). Unfortunately the device will always recall the last scene playing when started up from standby mode. You may kno...

Re: MicroSD card questions for Stick KE-1
I picked up a small universal power supply but it's a wall-wart version so I wouldn't be able to substitute it at the job site. Just to understand clearly, when you power the STICK with the new power supply do you still have the problem with the scene buttons still blink sequentially? I've set the ...

Re: Hardware Manager Manuals?
Thanks for the info regarding the HM user manual, I have passed the info onto the developers who will fix the link. Re: MicroSD card questions for Stick KE-1
It does sound like a power supply problem and that the device can't boot up properly. If you can try and find a alternative 5-10V DC 300mA power supply and test it with your device this would help.

Re: MicroSD card questions for Stick KE-1
All the cards should be compatible, we have tested upto 64GB which would be much bigger than you would actually need. But if I disconnect the mini-USB cable and try to run standalone, all the LEDs on the stick blink, then the scene buttons blink sequentially. Before you purchase a new SD card can I ...

Re: Any chance on Mac ?
Hi Yomeno,
Unfortunately we have no plans at the moment to release ESA Pro for the mac. You could however use a program like VM Ware Fusion to run a windows environment on your Mac.
I use this set-up and it works very nicely with ESA Pro.
Hope that helps.

Re: Crash when open old .ses file in latest versions of Easy
Hi there,
I have tested your Easy Show file and it opens okay for me (Although I had to skip the .wav files as obviously don't have them on my pc). Please can I ask you to try with the latest beta to see if that helps?

Re: Out of Memory
Hi there, An 11 hour gradient is going to use a lot of memory as it's creating a huge amount of steps to produce the effect. After testing I found it worked okay for me with no memory errors but this maybe because I have a computer with lots of processing power and ram. My advice would be to create ...

Re: Pan/tilt on switch button
Hi there,
Unfortunately it's not possible to invert only in a button as it's setting. You can however invert the pan/tilt easily by right clicking a fixture in the scene editor fixture window and selecting 'Invert X or Invert Y'.

Hi there, The HardwareManger is where you set-up the Location and Timezone along with the Sunrise Sunset Calculator, this is needed if you want to use the Sunset/Sunrise triggers on the device. Did you still have ESA Pro opened and connected to your device when you tried to connect to the HardwareMa...

Re: creating simple 1-channel color fixture in Library Edito
Hi Erwin,
Unfortunately this is not possible in ESA Pro.
You can however assign a colour to a single channel fixture in the 3D visualiser which may help.
