I guess what he is looking for is a Single Page where to patch all the Fixtures. To be honest that would be nice but considering how often this is relay required (at least it dont see this often used for a particular show) and the fact that there is a way to re patch per page i would´t vote for it. ...

Maybe a workaround for you and eventual the best thing to do for a Button where you mid press onto often, like for Flashing the Audience Blinder :)
In Switch Settings you could Disable the reset of other Buttons.

What about a simple converter prg like http://www.otk.it/mjoy/ or http://vellocet.com/software/VMIDIJoY.html for the time its not in SunLlite.

They convert Joystick Movements into MIDI msg.

yeap i got that --- what he does see ( me as well) is when you add such a fixture the last W of an RGBWARGBWARGBWA doesn´t get touched
and if you EDIT eg the predefined Color Picker Button you can see that the last channel isn´t asiged to be programmed.

You are right: For an 3xRGBWA FIXTURE the last white channel is not working, If you Edit the Color Mix Button you can actual see that the last channel is not Assigned to be changed. For the Password: Software Preference : Protections and in the window you can
a) select what should be protected
also windows Potitions and so on.
and

b) click left of the Password (top row) onto the PEN and there you can set a password.
