Since updating the firmware, there is now no response from the remote.

I have just purchased a new SLESA-U7.In the box is a manual for "Sunlite Suite".
I am told the SLESA-U7 is not supported by Sunlite Suite only "Easy Stand Alone" and "Easy Stand Alone Pro"?
Can I get the correct manuals please?
