It seems that some of our 3D objects are not supported by few graphic cards. That's why you get the message "could not load mesh from the specified file". The crash is fixed on the last 2006 version but you will always get the message (try to download). You can work with your G-Card but yo...

We save screenshots only as bitmaps... But I think you will not be able to get a higher image's quality with other formats. Bmp is not compressed (like Jpeg or others) so you don't loose information... You can always convert your files to another file format with any software.

hi, I think there will be new objects with next versions. You will be able to choose multiple colors and textures on the same object. (for exemple, changing the colors and textures of a car: the doors, wheels,...) 3DS objects must be saved as 3DS files (not .MAX) to be converted in X format with the...

Hi,

when you add new fixtures, check the "multi fixtures" option to patch them together.

There is no way to start video via DMX IN.

If you change the texture on an object, the software should copy the picture file in the folder of the object. Check you have the (bmp or jpg)file you want apply on the object with the X file. Be carreful of recording the changes you made.

We will give you more way to use textures in next versions but it must stay as easy as possible. If you want to create more complex objects, you have to use software as 3DSMax!

There are two possibilities:
- the object can not be converted with our converter (some objects failed). Try with another soft.
- The object is too big. The last version of the 3d should resolve the problem in this case.
