Re: Use a port to go to standby
Hi Fred,
I am afraid this isn't a feature built into the DE3. However, you can create an empty show, write this to the device and select that when you want your fixtures to be off. The DE3 itself uses very little power.
Kind Regards,
Nick

Hi Robin,
I am sorry for giving you the wrong information before but I have learned we do still support Sunlite Suite 1 in Windows 10. I have tried the software again and it works. Please see attached image. This is the version from 18 Aug 2015.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: Mac OSX and the requirements section?
Hi,
Thank you. Next time we update the Datasheets, I will mention this to make this clearer.
With most of the testing I do, I'm running Sunlite Suite 2 within VMFusion 8 on a Mac too. It works surprisingly well! :)
Thanks,
Nick.

Re: Trackball ou Joystick
Bonjour Romain, My apologies for replying in English. Yes, you can certainly use a Trackball or Joystick to control a lighting fixture's X/Y values. You can find details about this here ... http://manuals.nicolaudie.com/#/en/sunlite-suite-2/external-control-et-triggering/joystick Kind Regards, Nick.

Hi,
I haven't seen this corruption problem, but in this situation I would reformat the microSD card to FAT (Not FAT32) and try again. Or replace the microSD. Did you get the issue resolved?
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Hi,
We are working on a new version of the 3D visualiser which currently ships with ESA2. This doesn't support shadows. This is a feature which is on our "To Do" list for the future.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Hi, Sorry you're having problems and thank you for your detailed post. I tried replicating the problem in the latest version of Sunlite Suite 2 (Jan 29 2016 ) and could not replicate the crash. However, I was unable to do step 6, as I wasn't sure what you meant. Can you explain what "Try to gen...
