Apologies we have found that some customers are having issues with Easy Remote & Sunlite after upgrading to the latest iOS. Our developers are working on this now and trying to find a fix asap.

Have you tried testing your device with the Hardware Manager? Connect the device and test to see if the DMX out is working okay with your light here.

Hi Joe, The 3D Visualiser should work in ESA2, are you using the Windows or Mac version? Maybe try and uninstall and re-install and see if that helps? Also just double check that the 3D visualiser definitely closes and is not just hidden behind ESA2 as there is a 'always on top' button setting in 3D...

Unfortunately we don't offer the user design centre for the DE3 as it's uses a sticker for the colour wheel and logo rather than a printed design like the KE1.

You are not limited to 60 secs, if you click the 'Size' button (clock symbol with red arrows) you can set the timeline of the scene to whatever you want.
