I've raised this with a dev and I can confirm that a fix should be released in the upcoming Arcolis Remote Pro update. I don't have an exact date to give but I should imagine this will be released in the next week or so.

I've had a look into this and can't replicate the issue.

Could you send me the showfile you're using on the DE3 that's crashing? Maybe it's something in particular that's causing this issue.
