There is no way to edit this aspect of the ESAPro2 color effects, I'm afraid.
But I'm not sure I understand how you encounter this issue. Is your device only containing channels with a "color wheel"?

You need to look into the triggers going :
- Event = Scene -> about to stop (name of your scene)
- Action = Scene -> Start scene (name of your next scene)

Can you send your project file in a zip archive file ?
I'm thinking this might be caused by an issue with the internal clock of your device. You may need to open your device with Hardware Manager and use it to make sure the internal clock is set to the right time.

It would work, indeed. You can write your show for a "virtual" DE3 and drag your "show1" folder onto the SD card.
