I have looked at all of the user manuals and tutorials online. In the ESA Pro software the one parameter that I can seem to program is the Hue. I am unable to change any of the other parameters.

I am in need of some guidance. When ever I start the ESA PRO or ESA Stand Alone programs it never shows me that the KE1 unit is connected to the computer via USB which it is.
