Thank you for the reply. The problem is that it ask for a password and I never set a password. If one is set then it was set by someone who was not supposed to be on this computer but as far as I know that has never happened. PLEASE HELP. Any advise is greatly appreciated!

Hi, I have never click the "protection" option before and accidentally clicked it. Now I can't do anything. Even closing the show and opening it back it is still in protect mode. Is there ANY sort of default password or way to reset the password? I have a show tonight and am super screwed ...

Ok thanks! Right now the app just says "No Controller Available". No idea how to connect it or why it isn't connecting. Will just wait for new console if it is going to be soon.

Hi,

If you have multiple fixtures in a window to where there is a scroll bar and you scroll down and turn the DMX signal for the fixture off or on then it auto scrolls back to the top of that window. Not a huge issue. Just confusing and annoying when controlling on a touchscreen.

Hi, One more clue. I just talked to my Lighting Director (he is out of town) and he said that the Oct 29 beta version was working with this exact same show. He said it would lock up occasionally... like once a weekend.... but nothing like it is doing now. Until we get this resolved in the newest rel...

Hi. We are running Sunlite 2, the feb 16th updated version, on Windows 7 professional, and it is crashing constantly. We run our whole venue off this software so PLEASE help us out and advise asap.
