Re: EasyShow crashes constantly

Hi, I know this is a bit late, but I'm interested in this side of the software. I was running EasyShow extensively to program lighting shows for annual dancing concerts. All the music was tracks, so it seemed ideal. But I ended up having lots of problems with it. This was a couple of years ago, so t...

Re: Dimmer Dial Issues

Hi Simon, Yeah, fair enough. Certainly the cycles are very reliable. Last year I did a similar show with Suite2 synced to Logic running the audio tracks - was 100% stable & didn't play up at all. Is it just my imagination or is it harder to program using a cycle? For some reason it just seems a ...

Re: Dimmer Dial Issues

Hi Simon, I understand. At the moment I can't work out a pattern for it. I did the show last weekend, and just in case it helped I went through every 'button' in EasyShow and activated the dimmer function at 100%, except for those that already had fades written in. To be honest, I don't know if any ...

Re: Dimmer Dial Issues

Hey guys, I have a show which starts tomorrow, and I'm still having problems with dimmer values 'mysteriously' going to zero or other low settings. I'd appreciate some help. I just went through the buttons for my movers last night, and at least 2 of them had zero output.

Thanks,

Chris.

Dimmer Dial Issues

Hi, I'm just after some help with a particular problem. I'll outline the problem first, and then describe the context. The Problem - When you click on a button on a fixture page, there is a tab that appears at the top of the page with the button's name on it, and dials for speed, dimmer, phase &...

Re: Time code

Hi, Thanks for all those comments. I haven't had time to explore cycles yet - I've only started to use Sunlite regularly in the last month or so (it's a long story....) and now I have about a week to program a whole show. Re playing audio from within EasyShow, I tried using a more powerful computer ...

Timecode

Oops, sorry guys, just read the rules for posting. Re my post for Timecode, I'm running Vista Home Premium on a Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop, Core2 T5300 @ 1.73GHz. Not sure where to find dates for firmware and software. I downloaded Sunlite on 7th Sept 2011. The 'About' page just gives me my hardware ...

Time code

Hi. I've just recently purchase Sunlite after a full year of demoing & trialling other lighting software (Lightjockey, Clarity, Ecue, etc). I have to say that Sunlite was not the easiest one to get my head around, but the more I get into it the more I like it :-) It's well organised for today's ...
