KU! Audio triggering

I cannot get any response when activating the audio triggering (Select + 7) on my KU1.
It is as though the microphone is not working or the sensitivity level is set too low? My fixture(s) just freeze when activated and will carry on as normal when deactivated.

Re: ESA2

Hi Nick,

It's a Sandybridge - Intel Core i7-2630QM ......

Strange because EasyView via ESA PRO works fine.

Will this issue be resolved?

Thanks,
Andy.

download old version?

Hi Simon,
Is it possible to download an old version of ESAPro?
I would like the beta of Sep 6 2013 if possible. I am having problems with newer versions.
Thanks.

Re: No output.

Hi Simon. Yes, it is. I believe it could well be the dmx chips. i have ordered some spares from RS which will be here tomorrow. Andy EDIT:- New DMX chips fitted - no difference. STICK seems to power up correctly and is identified by ESA Pro on PC. Attempting to program a single light fixture with no...

No output.

Hi Simon. I have been having intermittent problems with my STICK-KU1 for a while now. More recently at a venue my moving heads would only show the colour white. I set all my lighting up at home and reprogrammed everything from scratch. Last night everything was fine - today i have no output whatsoev...

New Years Eve - Help!

Hi.
I have created some new shows that i wish to use tonight - New Years Eve.
However, when I try to "Write the interface memory" I get a message - "Please Add the stick name in the StandAlone Tab". I don't know what to do next............

Regards,

AndyH

Re: Stand Alone mode

Hi Simon, I am so pleased you said that! Have been struggling with SS2 and resorted, yesterday, to ESAPro which seems to be doing everything I want....... Do you know when the May Beta will be fully sorted and become the latest stable? (I am having a minor crash problem with it) Are you at BPM? Than...

Stand Alone mode

Hi Simon, Thanks for going through SS2 with me at PLASA. A big help. My predicament is, since I started my Nicolaudie experience with ESA pro I am still struggling to see how SS2 can do more for me. Firtly i need to point out that I am only intersted in operating in Stand Alone Mode. I have a Stick ...
