Can not receive DMX

Hi,
New magic 3D 2006 is very good software.
I just arranged fixture and all objects.
But it don't received DMX.
So fixture not beam out.
I am using 1 DMX input.
I think almost setting is OK.
What mistakes that?

Hi there,
First of all, thank you for your support. Then regarding your problem please check that the universes are correctly patched with the "Universes patch" window. You must select the DMX interface for the universe 1. Then you can check the DMX signal with the "DMX level" window.

DMX universe 1 to interface.
And select DMX universe 1.
It's OK.
DMX level is not move.
DMX input interface is OK.
Because, it is received DMX on sunlite 2004.
