Hello:
My system is a STICK KU1 soft ver 1.19 with Ethernet add-on board connected to a WiFi router and an iPad.
It have been working fine for several years.
Since a couple of days the touch panel buttons had frozen and also the iPad lost the connection to the KU1.
I found that when you disconnect the Ethernet cable the STICK became working fine from the touch panel ( of course I lost WiFi connection)
I tried with another router and have the same problem.
Do you have any idea? Could be the add-on faulty board?
Could be a fail in the removable ICs?
Thanks

Re: Router freezes KU1
Hi,
The first thing I would check is the power supply. For the Stick-KU1 to function properly it needs 9 volts or the touch panel will not respond and could malfunction. The Power Adapters will lose voltage over time.
It could be that connecting the ethernet requires a little extra power than is available from the PSU.
Kind Regards,
Nick.
