I have an issue with a Stick DE3 where things that are scheduled to run at Sunset are starting way too early.
I have attached the screen from when I go into Hardware Manager.
The local clock time is correct, as is the time zone, but is the stick somehow synchronizing to a different clock?
Is there someplace I need to set more than just the timezone, like latitude & longitude for it to accurately calculate sunrise and sunset?

Any update on this?
Re: Syncing clocks
Hi Kurt,
You can see the time scenes are supposed to start in the HardwareManager > Stick-DE3 > Clock > Sunrise Sunset Calculator section. You can set an offset to this in the ESA2 or ESA Pro software by X number of hours for each scene.

Do you know how many hours approximately it's starting early?
Can you please create a support ticket here ...

Include the following information:
- Which firmware version you are using
- Which software version and date
- Please take screenshots from HardwareManager of all your clock settings. RealTime Clock, Location And TimeZone, Ntp, etc.
- Include your showfile (dlm or .arc) . Archive these files into a zip file and attach to the ticket.
We will then be able to try to recreate the problem on one of our Stick3s.
Kind Regards,
Nick.

Re: Syncing clocks
Hello -
I just ran into the same issue - I think the latest version of Hardware Manager might be at fault. I have a stick on a network running a two hour offset. I have to get the file emailed to me and then check it at my desk - had to escape the jobsite before investigating more.
