SIUDI6C Green Light goes off

After a while the green light goes off and there is no way of changing any settings on any page in sunlite suite.
Need unplug usb and reboot laptop!!!
Please help

it's right at the top of every thread in the forum and it says READ FIRST : RULES FOR POSTING A PROBLEM
