Hi there,

I am sorry to hear about this problem. Please try the following ....

A) BootloaderMode forced firmware update
-----------------------------------------------------
Your device has a special mode called "Bootloader Mode" which is designed to rescue you when a firmware update has failed or a device has become corrupted.

First, you need to get your device into Bootloader Mode, then update the firmware.

Download the latest version of HardwareManager
PC: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... anager.exe
Mac: https://storage.googleapis.com/nicolaud ... anager.dmg

Here are the steps ...

1. Power off your interface
2. Use some foil to create a short between the dry contact ports (See attached images)
3. Power on your interface by plugging it into your USB port on your computer
4. Start HardwareManager. The device type on the Information screen will show '_BL' in the name, short for Bootloader.
5. Update the firmware on the Firmware screen.

B) If this does not work, please create a support ticket using the link below, explaining about the error and what you have tried already ...

Kind Regards,

Nick.
