FX generator with moving heads

Post by bradacalin »

Hello,

I'm new to this community so Hi!

I have a simple problem and I want you to tell me if there is a way around it or I should just quit truing.
Let's say we run 4 moving heads, all identical and patched.

We want to divide them in two pairs, and using the FX generator (the pan/tilt part) we want to generate steps containing separate movements for the two pairs.

I tried generating for one pair and then for the other, but I end up with two sets of steps that I can't merge.

Any help is welcomed.
If I didn't do such a nice job describing the problem please say so and I'll try to do my best.

PS: I'm using the 21 may 2012 version.

Thanks!

This is not possible with ESA. You will need to use the ESA2 software

Yeah...
I own a SIUDI 5a interface.
I believe the ESA2 won't recognize it.

Thank you anyway! At least I can put it to rest.
