Fading scenes

Post by Pyrodog »

Hello!

My problem:

I´ve some scenes on the master page with activated fades. If the "enable fade" button on page is on, it works fine. they fade in and out ;-)
If the button is off, sometimes some scenes are still fading. not always, not the same scenes.

thanks

Hi Harry,

can you tell us some more about your setup, please ?
Software Version ? Windows Version ? USB-DMX Interface ?

Could you send us your showfile, too ?

Hallo Harry,

I can reproduce the issues you encounter in Beta 23 Dez. , but I can´t see a pattern at the moment.
Sometimes it´s working fine for many, many fades.

I´ve got a question, maybe this is connected somehow.
Why have you programed all the static scenes with easy step and not with the "Dimmer" or "On" function ?
Do you want to add more steps later ?

Hi Gernot!

Hm, thats a good question ;-)

I think it is because of the workflow in other dmx software applications I´ve used before ;-) and yes, sometimes I have to ad more steps, but this isn't really the reason.

So I´ll try to change the static scenes to "On"

Hi Harry,

you don´t have to change it.
They found the problem and it will be fixed in the next release.
