Memory problem on PC when working ESA Program.

I installed on my PC the last software versione of ESA progrma (dic 2004).
I have always a memory error of the PC when save a show and after load a show storege on the hard disk.
The error is " Instruction 0x0040fe70 have an error to the memory 0x015961f0. The memory it's not possible is READ".
I generate the debug file but I don't found the way to found the file. If you have the way plaese inform me.
The error there is with usb module connected or in demo mode.
