Connecting to an ENTTEC DMX Ethernet

Hi,

I'm having trouble connecting to an ENTTEC DMX Ethernet. I am getting an invalid password. The suggested password JULS doesn't work. Any thoughts on where I can find the password for this device?

You have to use our interfaces with our software. Our software is free so of course it is not possible to use interfaces from other vendors.
