Having a problem completely removing ESA from a laptop. When I try to reinstall over it it seems to install just fine but when I connect the STICK to the laptop it is not recognized at all. I would like to start from a fresh install with no ESA folder at all on this laptop.. Any suggestions??

Uninstall the software and delete the folder but your problem does not come from this existing folder. You computer has probably installed an older version of the USB driver, what you can do is try to install this version www.dmxsoft.com/global/beta/EasyStandAlonebeta.exe
