running different scenes simultaneaously

I need to run 12 scenes in a staggered order together starting at slightly different time intervals (seconds ). Each scene is slightly different in the time it takes to run although the scenes are basically the same format- ie light runs down a line and then there are two flashes at the end. The length of the line is different in each scene. Can the ESA do this and if so how do I programme it?
