PC Blue Screen when Connecting USB ESA, Error siudi.sys

I have installed the software from CD and www.I have installed drivers.
At first, when launching application the software doesn´t recognize the USB connected.
I have look under USB properties, and everything looks correctly and working.

System: WIN XP
DELL CORE DUO machine.

When connecting, a Blue screen appears with:
Error at siudi.sys.

ESA S/N: ESA3501058 (ESA-3)

Can anyone help?

Can you try the interface on a different computer? Blue screen means hardware error and that is not good.

We have tried on different computer, and Blue screen not present, but software doesn´t recognize USB ESA is connected.

We have installed both BETA on previous software with different Drivers and Software doesn´t recognize the USB when launching ESA and menu with USB appears in grey like no hardware recognition.
Although hardware is recognized in Hardware TAB.

Your interface is an old version and is not compatible with the latest software release. You must install the older version available from our website.
