Nicolaudie Architectural Forum

I have the Enttec Open Dmx Usb interface, and for some reason the interface isn't recognized by the ESL or any of the other sunlite programs. but the interface works with freestyler and other similar dmx programs. Is there no support for this device currently, or is there something im not doing right. Thanks in advance
