I cant make easy stand alone talk to this. The stand alone tab is missing in usb mode. The interface works fine with editor, setup and user.

What is your interface S/N and the sofware version (date) ?

how long does this take as we use this product commercially. Sunlight suite works ok and is what we normally use. Stand alone was to be used as a backup in case the computer died. We have an electronics engineer, can we not diagnose or repair? Why would memory be damaged? We have used stand alone before and it was ok.
