Easy stand alone software question

Hey How can I get the new version of the easy stand alone software(Oct. 2006) sent to me? I currently have jun 2006. Dose it cost anything
when I buy my esa (easy stand alone) package it comes with the most current software right? when there's an update to the software do i need to get just the software update(cd) or do I need to get a new interface? (for easy stand alone)
