Suite3-EC Not Recognized

I just received the SUITE3-EC (SIUDI8A) interface with firmware 1.10 and Sunlite Suite 3 July Beta does not recognize the interface (No Interface Detected). Sunlite Suite 2 does see it. If I turn off "Auto Detect Hardware" and try to manually select the interface, the drop down doesn't list the SUITE3-EC. The closest match is the SUITE2-EC which then gives me an error "Warning hardware detection. Interface set up in the DMX patch but not detected USB Suite2-EC". Any clues? Also are there any videos (in English) on Sunlite Suite 3? Or even a user manual?

Hi Jeff,
I am sorry we only sell a Suite2-EC (SUIDI-8A) and unfortunately this is not compatible with the Sunlite Suite 3 Beta because it does not contain SUT technology. See product link ...

Currently we sell the Sunlite-BC which is compatible with Suite 3 Beta out-of-the-box and later this year we will be shipping the Sunlite-EC. Please see more information here ...

Sunlite Suite 3 is currently for beta testing only and is not ready for production use.
