Hi!

Having trouble getting DMX out of the RJ45-port. Wired 2 DMX outputs according to manual. Is there anything else I need do to in order for the device to transmit DMX on the RJ45 port?

Hi Brett,

The Power+DMX RJ45 port on the Stick-DE3 should always transmit DMX as long as the show on the SD card is programmed to do this. Check U2 onthe patch grid in ESA2 or ESA Pro.

To make it easier for customers to complete the wiring, we can provide an RJ2BLOCK which provides an easy way to connect wires to DMX universe 1, DMX universe 2 and Power in via this RJ45 port. See attached image of this product (example shown with Stick-CU4).

This is available upon request for 18 euros each + VAT + delivery.
