Hi,

I got an issue with a CU4.
I am using it with 4 RGBW led lights.
I have created 4 scenes which works well but when I touch the dimmer button, all lights goes to black and I can not change the dimmer.
I can't find where to configure the dimmer button to make it work with my projectors.
Any idea how to make it work ?

Hello,

I recommend updating to the latest version of ESA2 and then check you are using the latest firmware using HardwareManager which is included. You can also change settings using this tool.
