The STICK must be mounted on the wall and then left for a few seconds. Otherwise, touching the back of the PCB and moving the cables will cause problems with the touch sensitivity.

If you're still having problems with the touch sensitivity:
-Try the latest firmware here:
http://www.dmxsoft.com/global/ftp/hardwaremanager.zip
-Be sure that the STICK has been mounted correctly on the wall

If this doesn't solve the problem, send me an e-mail with your serial number

So the panel will never work when installed horizontally, even when it's installed in a desk, with no way of touching the back or the wires?

Does this mean the stick has to be mounted to a wall and cannot be mounted horizontally (like in a table top)?

We have one mounted in a table and it seemt to randomly select colours, not respond to controls,...
Het back pcb and connections are safely tucked away inside the table and can't be touched.

Do we have to remount the panel in a vertical way? there is a hole in the table now.

Hi there,

If shouldn't matter if the STICK is mounted on a wall or horizontally as long as it's mounted properly with no wires exposed etc.

Please make sure you are using the latest firmware here: http://www.dmxsoft.com/global/ftp/hardwaremanager.zip

If you are still having problems email me your serial number and we can investigate further.

Kind regards,
