Edit a scene

Post by Wibs »

Hi,

Is there an option to modify the existing scene? e.g. I want to change the colour of and RGB fixtrue.

Thank you.

Hi Wibs,

There is a limitation in ESA2 that once a scene has been generated into steps from the Scene Builder it's no longer possible to edit it except for selecting individual steps and manually moving the fader bars on the main screen.

If you configure an effect that you particularly like, you can save this from the Scene Builder window as an *.xep file. In future, load this file from the Scene Builder window and it will repopulate the effects and associated parameters ready to generate the scene again.

ESA Pro does not have this limitation allowing you to work on timelines with fully editable effects but it requires a Nicolaudie DMX interface with an SD card such as the SLESA-UE7, Stick-DE3 and Stick-KE2.

Kind Regards,

Nick.
